Has anyone out there heard of Fastin? I heard it's a great appetite suppressant. Do not know too much about it.

    Nope, sorry. Exercise is the best appetite control I'm willing to do!

    Most appetite suppressant are just a waste of money....exercise, drink lots of water, and eat filling nutritious foods and you will be good

    Yes I agree...my doctor suggested it to help out, but you do need to eat well and of course excersise as well in order for it to work. You also have to be completely monitored by the doctor. I have been doing well though counting calories on my own, and this website really helps!
