What should I do? 30lbs in 10 weeks?

What should I do? My brothers and I are heading to Vegas in 10 weeks. Vegas is what got me motivated to start my weight loss 1 year ago. My brothers want to skydive while we are there. 240lb is the max you can weigh in order to jump. I weighed in today at 267. I would have to lose 3lbs a week to jump. To me that is a big reach. It would require a big commitment. I have not set myself up with goals that would be this hard to achieve. Should I keep doing what I've been doing or should I bust my but to lose the 30lbs in 10 weeks needed to jump?

You would need a deficit of 1500 calories per day to lose 30 pounds in 10 weeks. I would not recommend such aggressive weight loss.

    This... well. I like P90X2 a beter.

It's going to be a bit rough to get 30 lbs in 10 weeks, but it can be done. Generally, if you haven't worked out in a while or eaten right, then the first 10 lbs will be water weight. You to eat clean and I recommend following the beach body meal plans if you get it.
