Anyone have any immune-boosting tips/supplements, etc?? I'm taking Multi vitamin, extra vitamin C, B-complex, vitamin D3, eating fruits and veggies, but I have always had a weak immune system, and I'm really sick of being sick!!! I never get anything serious, just cold viruses. But ever since my daughter started school, we are sick with head colds 80% of the time. I'm interested to hear your tips and advice.

I rarely get sick but it seems like my wife and 3 little girls are always getting colds and flu bugs. Here's what I do...
1. Take a good multivitamin (Don't get a cheap kind) The one I take is in capsule form and supposedly that helps it absorb better.
2. Wash your hands as often as possible and keep some hand sanitizer handy at all times.
3. Get plenty of sleep (I go to bed at 9pm and am up at 4:15am)
4. Drink lots of water
5. Try not to eat out or fast food. (As much as we would like to hope restaurant kitchens are clean, I don't trust that the 16 year old
McDonalds worker cares whether I get his germs or not.0 -
I too rarely get sick. Im sure you already have healthy habits like drinking lots of water and eating veggies. One thing I do do is eat a lot of spicy food. I hear that spicy foods, in particular if you use cayenne , they are supposed to boost immunity. Plus they are delicious! I put cayenne in everything! Even my vegetable juice.0
