Need advice, slightly personal info though...

So I weighed in this morning. I'm down another pound, which makes me super happy...however, it's my time of the month so I'm reluctant to log the wight loss because of the time of month....should I log the loss or not?

    I would!!!! My time of the month, I am typically bloated, which would make me weigh more...

    I would and then a week from when you weighed yourself I would weigh yourself again and log that. Idk if this is true but I hear you burn more calories when its that time of a month when you work out.
  • Usually I weigh more during that time due to water retention and don't bother weighing myself so I say if you're weighing less during it that's great!
