Couch to 5K

So, I finished week one day three today.........and I am sore. But I dont know if its because I walked last night for about 60 minutes and then got out at 430am this morning to then do couch to 5k or if it just hurts from couch to 5k.

What does everyone do for sore muscles?

And I think I am going to have to do week one all over again. I dont think I am ready for week 2 at all. :)
