Been on for a week. lost about 13 lbs before joining from just changing my diet. Cut out sugar for a month (was sidetracked due to holidays), but the weight fell off and didn't come back. Also it reset my internal food clock, because I now naturally eat smaller portions and don't find myself hungry as often.

My goal is to be fit. I play soccer, and love to be the fastest. I also love to feel strong like I can accomplish difficult tasks, and in the gym you can challenge yourself every day. I've found I the exercises I love are my EA Active on the Wii, spin classes, yoga, and weight training. I wouldn't say I'm fat, but I would like to lose 23 lbs and tone up.

So here I come again....haha

Hope to make some new friends on this journey. You guys are all so inspirational.
