BELLY FAT REMOVAL HELP

Hello Everyone !
Im new to My fitness pal and My main concern on my weight loss journey is removing my belly fat! Im also wanting to start the 30 day shred which i heard helps immensely! Plus I run around my neighbored track with a friend every night for a good hour :)

If anyone has anymore Tips and tricks to help reduce my belly fat and love handles please let me know !

  • The best advice for losing weight: be honest with yourself. If you eat it, track it and don't overestimate your calories burned during exercise.

    Quick food tips: Eat natural foods: vegetables (green ones, especially), fruit (but not too much), chicken, fish, etc.; Remove processed foods, don't drink soda (or pop, depending on where you're from!).

    Note: You can't spot reduce, e.g. remove belly fat, love handles.

    Im trying pretty hard i just need to motivate and be very strict with my eating habits and im sure it will pay off :D
