Any advice as to why this is happening? Ever since I've been lifting weights, I've been feeling so much hungrier, especially in the mornings. I got used to eating breakfast after my morning workouts when I was just doing cardio, but this a.m while lifting, I felt light headed & my tummy was growling and screaming FEED ME SEYMOUR LOL!

I'm pressed for time in the morning, so I definitely dont want to eat something so heavy b4 my workout that it'll cause me to have to wait an hour b4 I start. Would drinking a whey shake help me get through?

My doctor told me to have an apple with a little peanut butter about a half hour before my workout. I can never get my butt out of bed early enough to eat first, though. I drink a big glass of water and hit the floor.

Sounds like your metabolism is fast at work, which is a good thing.

I don't eat before working out, personal preference, but I usually have a big coffee. I'd say a protein shake 1/2 hour - 45 minutes before would be ok, but only do it if you feel you need it...

I'm glad it's not just me. I started ChaLEAN Extreme this week, and the last few days I've eaten a ton of food. Today it kind of leveled off a bit, so I am hoping I can avoid overeating. I think the first few days were maybe a bit of a shock to my system and it wanted me to feed it girl scout cookies and olive garden, and we all know how dangerous both of those can be!

LOL @ Girl Scout cookies & Olive Garden.. Although I've been feeling ultra hungry, I havent been giving in to my overeating desires. Instead, I've been reaching for healthy snacks to keep my hunger at bay. Also, I've been trying to stick more to eating alil' something every few hours and it has definitely helped
