Hello,
Since January 2012, my goal has been cutting processed foods out of my diet. The resulting (eventual) weight loss is just a bonus. I've always been a relatively healthy eater, but quantity and overall quality has been my issue. I love to cook from scratch. So then why do I eat foods with ingredients in the label that I can't pronounce? I love to do yoga. So then why do I torture myself with trying to run?

I started a new profile to reflect my new outlook. I'm looking to share ideas with people who eat a similar way. I'm not a vegetarian, but I really don't eat much meat. I'm working on the dairy, I swear. But let's not get ahead of ourselves.
