Okay so, I weighed in the other day and I weighed 303 woo hoo!! Well, this morning I weighed myself and weighed 306. Hmm...I was trying to figure out why so I came on here and added sodium to the list of intakes to watch. OMFG!! I went WAYYYY over on sodium Saturday and Sunday!! Well, CRAP!!
So, how do I flush that out of my system and get my scale back to reading 303-304?? Do I just drink a crap load of water or what?! Any advice is welcome and I will definitely be keeping a closer eye on my sodium intakes (still such a noob I didn't even realize how easy going over was) :grumble: :grumble:

You're not alone. I've been watching my sodium lately, but Saturday I had two grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. Ok, I can accept that ham has a lot of sodium. But who knew bread and cheese had so much? Those two sandwiches almost took care of my total for the day, so I was WAY over on Saturday.

I think you answered your own question. Drink lots of water and watch your intake. Then, wait.

When I go over, I drink 100oz of distilled water with a few drops of lemon juice. That will flush that crap right out.
