I have a recipe for a large amount (14 cups) of granola.....is there a way to figure out how many calories there are per serving? We love it, but i am afraid that too much of it may wreck my eating plan without knowing the calorie content....

Go to the Food section, then recipes. It will let you put in the recipe with all the ingredients and then you can calculate what a right-sized portion should be for your daily calories. I use it all the time!0

yes if you put it in the recipe section it will tell you how many calories in the whole recipe, and in each serving as well.0
