Almost 10 lbs down!

Last week I was averaging 150-153 on the scale. Sense I have started counting my calories and exercising every day for at least 30 min of cardio, I've dropped to 141.4 this morning! I expected results from dieting, everyone told me so, but I never expected it to happens o fast! I couldn't be happier with the results thus far! Huzzah!
