Been feeling really sick

So ever since I've upped my workouts, I have been feeling really sick all of the time. I've been lightheaded, nauseated, dizzy and just exhausted. The day after a really hard workout I feel especially bad. Yesterday I thought I was going to faint in a meeting at work. I've been trying to eat back a little of my workout calories but I am having difficulty especially if I eat and then workout at night. I don't want to come home and then eat back 800 calories! Also my weight is coming off really slowly. I don't have a huge amount to lose but it is super frustrating. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
