Okay, so based on the suggestion of the lovely members of the MFP boards, and my own preference I want to cut my carbs down. So, I changed my goals today to 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fats. Which gives me about 83 grams of carbs per day.

Is this enough? Or should I eat less carb-o-liciousness?

According to my food diary - i should be eating 229g of carbs today - extra exercise carbs :) But i dont mind.. a lot of mine comes from fruit!

Just depends on what works for you, see how you go... might be alright or you might start feeling really tiered.. see how it goes over the next week..

It'll go up as you add exercise calories. I never just eat 1200 calories in a day. On my rest days I eat 1400, and on my workout days I eat 1700-2000 depending on my workouts. I also have a 50/30/20 split and with exercise I have plenty of carbohydrates to eat.

Just kidding! It gives me 105 carbs per day. I don't know what I was thinking.

Okay, I'm going to give this a try and see how it work out.
