Hello everyone, trying to lose 20 lbs. I lost massive weight before when I was in the military, and ever since I left I have slowly been gaining back the pounds. What kind of snacks do you guys like to eat that will satisfy your crave? No matter how many apples or grapes etc that I eat to curb my hunger, I am still always hungry lol. Add me too!

  • Honestly, in order to really curb that craving you should add some protein to your snacks. A protein shake, or a small handful of almonds with your grapes. There are some pretty decent protein bars out there now that are low in calories, but still high in protein, and should keep you going for a few hours. :)
