Hey everyone, I've been using My Fitness Pal for a couple of weeks and have decided to immerse myself in the community a little bit. :)

So far I'm really enjoying MFP, I have a BMR of roughly 1800 and generally aim to eat 1400 calories each day. It's tough some days but so far it seems maintainable.

I'm a Welsh University student studying Computer Forensics at the University of Glamorgan, and I have a keen passion for computer graphics and illustration.

That's about it really, looking forward to chatting with you all. :D
