What is going on?

I am getting married in 52 days! I started a CrossFit program two weeks ago and am into my third week now. I really enjoy it and it's a great total body workout.
Along with that program, I track on MFP of course!
The past two weeks I've seen no weight loss and even a small (1-2lb) gain. I know from starting an intense program like CrossFit my muscles could be swollen and retaining water but I feel like with how hard I've been working wouldn't I see some loss?
It's really discouraging and my first dress fitting is in a week and half.
Advice?
