With limited time and need to switch my workout, I've done my second day of HIIT on the bike. Tomorrow, I go to the tread mill and jog uphill. Fat short legs probably won't let me do a run.

For those who gave me in put, I want to thank you.

With me, presently 20 some pounds overweight, I haven't been able to run on the tread mill because my legs ache. HIIT on the bike gives me the same "runners high". My legs still hurt in a different way though.
