Gluten free anyone?

I am a newbie in the 1200-1300 range and am celiac. Would like to connect with others with this similar challenge.

    I was diagnosed as celiac about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Was very hard at first but once I began to think of gluten as "poison", it became much easier. Also am blessed with a wonderful husband that also has gone GF to make it easier. I would love to help you if I can.
