Need high fibre but low calorie - Help

Hi, I am really struggling as i need to increase my fibre intake but not my calorie intake. I am on 1200 per day. any ideas would be great. I love porridge in the morning and fruit and eat those but still not getting enough fibre. Thanks:happy:

    Broccoli, lettuce, or pretty much anything green. Fruit doesn't have the greatest calorie/fiber ratio.
