Thanks to my friend Elsa telling me about My Fitness Pal I have embarked on quite the health kick. This led to reading an awesome book called Perfect Weight America which preaches the importance of a more organic lifestyle. It's a great read and offers advice on how to get to the root of the problem of overeatting. I'm hooked. Anyone with tips, advice, or ideas for being more green in general please send them my way. I am not a chef, or a cook of any sort for that matter, but I want to learn about the best places to shop, foods to eat, and ways of reducing my carbon footprint.
