Hello!!
I am going to give Fitness Pal another try! it was entirely my fault it didnt work but am hoping i can stay more focused and in control. I am desperately trying to lose my last 10 lbs after having my son 16 months ago. It has been way too long! I enjoy working out and eating right but can also too easily get stuck in a rut and stay in it longer than anyone should. Well, here I am stuck in another rut trying to pull myself out and get back on my feet. I am looking for some motivation and most importantly to be held accountable. I am vowing to LOG EVERYTHING!!! If anyone else needs a boost of help, let me know!! We can help each other!
