Oatmeal

Hi everyone! New here, well not new but was away for awhile, now I am back
Recently I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast, because I hear it is good protien with a piece of fruit or yogurt with it which fills me up pretty much until lunch when I hit the gym. But the carbs are insane!! Just one 1/2 cup with cranberries and nuts was 40 carbs! Now I am worried that because I eat it every other day I'm going to gain weight.
Is this all in my head, or is oatmeal really a bad thing for breakfast?

it's all in your head sweetie. I eat oatmeal too. Just so long as you are working out (and I know you are), it'll be fine. If you're that worried about it, then cut back a little bit and see if it helps.0

I'm going to start eating oatmeal every other day, and be sure to add in some kind of fruit with it. Usually it's burned off by lunch anyway0
