Question about maintaining your weight...

I'm ten pounds from my goal weight and plan to do some shopping.:happy: My question is.... If I eat to maintain my weight but continue to exercise and build muscle, will I continue to lose inches?

  • I'm glad you asked this. While I don't have the answer for you, I have the same question. I hope someone knows the answer, because I'm on week 3 of maintaining and I've been curious about this as well. Good luck to you on your last 10 lbs!! :smile:

    I think at some point you even out
    I lost 30 pounds from Jan-April last year and have maintaned (gone up/down 3 pounds)
    Recently I have been working out a lot more (30 day shred)
    I def, have more muscle tone in my arms/legs...but am still the same 'size'
    Not much has changed for me
