    Aww thank you :) I don't think I would have started the RI30 so soon . but we've both been doing the exact same day to day so it helps push me on that your doing it aswell :)

    My rest afternoon Im itching to do stuff but I will refrain haha
    my partner wanted to get a take out to celebrate and I really didnt fancy one (the look i got back from him was utter shock) LOL
    I ended up having beans on toast :)

    im also doing the 30DS and i love seeing other peoples end results. You did such a great job! :) You out in lots of hard work and its paying off! Forget those rude people at your work :)

    I'm not losing a lot of pounds, but I'm definitely shrinking. I can feel my rib cage now and my pants are getting loose.

    This is so inspiring! I have 30 total pounds to lose (lost 5 lbs so far) and I'm doing the 30 DS now. Looking fwd to the end of the month! :)
