I got selected as one of Ubisoft's FragDoll Cadettes. I have 2 months till my first event with them (PAX East). Very excited (You can see my submission on my website http://www.bunnyxablaze.net) I have gained over 15lbs during the holiday season by eatting poorly and not excercising.

I need to work my butt off the next 2 months so I don't show up to the event, and look like a poor representation of a company that I love.

I don't mind situps or pushups - and I run/walk with my dog about 4 days a week. But I tend to get bored/depressed and just eat because I'm bored. And after I bore-eat, I feel horrible about myself.

I'm lost and not sure what to do.

Congrats on being selected! That's so awesome! I have no specific advice other than eat clean, do a little cardio and lift heavy.

Congratulations that is awesome! I would make whipping yourself into shape a game. Before you scarf down some junk food ask yourself what would Bunnyxablaze do? Will this help me reach my goal? Put pictures up around your kitchen of what you want to achieve. Toss anything out of the house that you don't want to eat and that won't help you reach your target. Stock up on clean eats, prep them when you get home so you can just grab and go. I would look for a basic strength training plan you can do about 2x per week to add to your walking/running.

I love Nerd Fitness - great inspiration and fun workout ideas!

Focus on what you can do vs. what you want to look like. Pushups are awesome and most people can't do them! Give yourself a goal to squeeze out one more push up each session.

This is a wonderful opportunity and you'll do great!
