Shakeology?

im thinking about ordering Shakeology to go with my P90X. anyone ever tried it? how was it, were there any results? would you suggest it?

    I tried a sample of both the chocolate and the greenberry. I personally did not think it tasted good at all, couldn't finish drinking it, and couldn't imagine paying $4 for it.

    Shakeology is good when you make it correctly and mix in the right ingredients. It is a great meal replacement shake, and I drink it for breakfast every morning.
