my hubby has ways to show support also, sometimes when I am getting ready to go somewhere and I ask him to grab me some clothes he will take out my old clothes and show it with my new clothes and he will say you been doing great or sometimes he will help me pick healthier stuff in the store exp when I PMS i need chocolate we work together and find me good stuff

4. So true about cookies! They are a weakness of mine, and I'm going to remember to look forward to how I want to look and feel.

I gained some weight back after a over 150lb loss due to stress of buying/selling houses
But I made a commitment this year is my year to get my last 55-60lbs off (unless I get preggers but then plan is to keep active during that time)
I gained almost 200lbs when I quit smoking, thats how i gained my weight replacing one habit with another FOOOOOD!
