What ARE your goals?

Are they weight, body fat, inches.. or just feel good based?
How and why do / did you choose them?
I'm re-evaluating things recently.. from weight to body fat, but don't honestly remember being my goal weight.. I set this by healthy bmi but am wondering if this is right 'for me'. I loved being around 161lbs, strong, fit and healthy. Technically I was overweight by BMI standards, but I lifted, swam, took classes, and ran.
WHEN I get back there, I know I'll be happy and I'm wondering if this is the basis for my shift from just weight loss to getting more fit and active.

Mine are really mostly based in vanity. I have been the funny fat girl, or the big chick with a pretty face my whole life. I am ready to just be the hottie, or some other descriptive phrase that doesnt include my weight. I mean, yeah, I want to be healthier, but mostly, it is just that I want to feel pretty. I am shooting for something between 140 and 160. I was 342 at one point and am at 177 now, I am pretty close. I just want to be able to wear cute clothes and feel like I look normal. I have been trapped in insecurities for far too long.0
