HELP! My house is being attacked by bananas

Last week my mom got the bright idea of buying two BOXES of organic bananas. She was planning on slicing them and dehydrating but how they are too far gone to do that with them. My family has been eating them like crazy and I currently have 4 large loafs of whole grain banana bread in the oven but I still have 2 or 3 dozen bananas left. I have no idea what to do with them. I need healthy recipes that I could possibly freeze for later use.

You could just slice them, put in small baggies, freeze and use in smoothies as needed.0

/\ I second that motion!0 -
Freeze them, then blend with 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Blend until smooth and creamy and you have homemade ice cream that's healthy and delicious0

You can even freeze them just to make banana bread or muffins with later. I often toss ours in the freezer and pull them out when I have time to bake.0

cut in half, shove a popsicle stick in it, dip in (Low cal, Low sugar) chocolate and freeze, YUMMY frozen treats0
