Activity levels

I'm a student nurse and my last placement was community, but mostly desk based, lots of sitting around on the phone or computer. However, this placement is also community, but I'm pretty much always at appointments, so walking to the bus, walking from it, walking with patients to appointments etc. These aren't little walks, we're talking around 2 hours a day walking around in total, 5 days a week.
I'm currently set to sedentary, and don't count any of my calories from walking to appointments or anything (I only count the ones that are extra effort, like choosing to walk from home to a visit instead of getting the bus, which usually takes an hour or so and definitely isn't part of my normal routine!)
Basically, while I'm on this placement should my activity level go up to light? I just don't want to put it up if I shouldn't.
Thanks guys

It's something you may need to tweak.
There is no exact science to this, so just try a setting you feel right about, then see where your weight goes over a month.0
