Thought I would share that I recently found out from a homeopathic dr that if you crave sugar a lot then you are most likely lacking protein. So I gave it a shot and starting using some protein shots and it worked! I am not eating as much sweet things or cravings.

    This is interesting since I stopped the shakes I crave the cakes!

    Thanks for the tip! When I am feeling my sweet tooth beginning to call, I will go for some protein instead and see if that solves it. I should try the shakes.

    Thank you! I have been craving sweets lately and giving it to it. Now that I think about it I have been skipping the post workout protein snack. Maybe that will help and I can get back on track.
