When you track your exercise...

Do you include the time you spent stretching? For example, I run for 25-30 min. Then I spend 10 min stretching afterwards. I wear a bodybugg so I know the calories I burned for that 35-40 min. But my question is, should I just track it as running for 35-40 min and 500 calories burned (ex)? For ran 25 min, 10 min stretching and figure out what the calories were for each? Thanks! I guess it really doesn't matter, calories burned are calories burned...
