working out while sore?

Did heavy weight training on Sunday, full body. Did 25 min light cardio yesterday. Had planned on training again today but I'm still fairly sore from Sunday. It's been 48+ hours. Should I wait longer?

    I usually do, I just go a bit easier and make sure I do an extra long warm up, stretching and cool down session.
