IM ON 1200 CALORIE COUNT AND MY TOTAL SUGAR IS 24 HOW THE HECK CAN YOU YOU STAY UNDNER WHEN YOU EAT FRUITS LIKE APPLES , PEARS ,SMALL, BANANA'S ECT.
AND STAY UNDER I CAN'T UNLESS I DON'T COUNT THEM DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?

    mine is always over, but I figure that if I am getting them from fruit vs candy bars/junk food, it;'s okay

    Log it anyway....even though they are good sugars, you need to keep track of them. I eat a lot of fruit and am always over, but I log them with everything else to make sure I don't over do it.

    I think 24 is way too low, so I set mine at 50. I think everyone goes over if you have at least 3 servings of fruit a day, which is needed for fiber and nutrition. Remember there's a difference in how fructose and glucose is processed. I used to obsses about it too, but now I just compare the sugars from fruit, and if its more than other sugars, I'm ok.
