Chipotle bbq sauce!
Buy a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and either put it in your food processor or blender and process until mostly smooth. Add 1/4 - 1/2 the mixture (depending on taste) to one bottle of cheapest or your favorite bbq sauce. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional) mix well. Put on boneless skinless chicken breast and bake until done! This sauce is also good for dipping! Yuuuummm0 -

I use either kraft balsamic vinegrette or sun dried tomato and oregano (low cal) and stir fry it with all sorts of veggies.0

Chicken with garlic spinach and tomatoes
1. Get a square of tinfoil and scrunch up the edges to make a mini-dish
2. Put a handful of spinach in the middle
3. Put a few cherry or chopped fresh tomatoes on top
4. Put some crushed garlic and black pepper on
5. Pop the breast on top
6. Put a slice of mozzarella on top (or leave off, depending on where your calorie count is up to)
7. Sprinkle any type of dried or fresh herbs on top
8. Pop in the oven on 180C for 30-40 mins until piping hot and cooked all the way through
9. Eat! (lovely with wholewheat pasta or a baked potato)
Just one minute to prepare... and enough time to do Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred while it cooks!0
