Warrior Dash?

I did the Warrior Dash in MN last year. It was at a ski resort so it was all hills. That was the hardest part of it. So if you have it at a place like that you really want to practice on some steep hills. Otherwise I didn't do anything special to train for it. I just kept my cardio up and made sure I could run 3 miles non-stop. I was able to finish in 47 min. This year I'm doing it in Sept but its at a different location. Its not at a ski resort so I'm assuming that I will not have as many hills to run. Fingers crossed anyways.0
