entering elliptical in exercises

Does anyone know what I enter my time on the elliptical machine as when I am inputing my exercises for the day?

    I just use....

    Elliptical

    then put in my time

    my calories

    make sure you are spelling it right or it will not come up

    I would use whatever the gym at the machine says (if they make you enter weight and age). I have found that the MFP calculations are a bit higher. The best thing to do to get a truly accurate number is to wear a HRM.
