Dear my fellow sales co-worker.,
No one cares that you are diabetic. No one cares that you are handicapped and can only WALK for 6 hours at a time because you broke both of your feet in different accidents. No one really cares what you have had to say since after orientation on the 27th of January.
You keep leaving work 2 hours before everyone else because your 6 hours are up when you were scheduled to work till 4:30 everyday these last 2 weeks because our store is opening and they NEED THE HELP. Because you leave before the end of the day, you miss key points we learn and you NEVER bother to find out the things you missed the next morning.
You need to talk to our managers and find out what new things are going on all the time, BECAUSE THE STORE IS NEW AND EVERYTHING IS CHANGING.
Yes a coworker and I ratted you out to a manager when you changed EVERYTHING she had spent time in the morning changing. Also, later that day when the second in command for the entire company in our branch came over and noticed that an entire section of something else was 100% wrong and not allowed, who was the person that did that without asking if it was okay first? You. It took 3 of us 20 minutes to fix what you did after you left early again.
Also, today I hope you really got fired, and not just let off early again. Since our break at 10, you were auditing a single clothes rack till 12, while the rest of us fell behind in our work because you didn't follow the golden rule, get rid of the z-racks first! Then after 12, and we had lunch, we fell behind again because you went back to auditing that SAME CLOTHES RACK.
Why yes I reported you to the manager, actually, two different managers. And yes I smiled as I watched our GM cross the room and ask for you to go to the back room with him.
By the way, thanks for when you left early, weather willingly or unwillingly because they wouldn't tell us if you had been let go, that you took our other co-worker with you because you were her ride. Leaving 2 of us to fend for ourselves for the next 2 hours. I hope you don't come back tomorrow, I'd rather be down 1 person then to know there is a person in the back, completely not doing her job correctly, or doing it at all.

Sincerely, Your disgruntled co-worker.
