What do you do when you see generic foods with multiple entries in the database, all with different calorie counts?
For example, looking up "Boneless Chicken Breast" will give you a ton of different entries and sizes. However, even entries that are the same size will give you different calorie counts.
Do you have a method for deciding which one to pick?

sometimes i will just do an average of the entries i see. or i will take the highest one and just overestimate. i'd rather overestimate than underestimate.0
