Its been 1 month since I started working out at least 3 days a week and made healthier changes to my diet. Im so excited to see the difference in my body. I still need improvement but Im one step fitting into my prebaby pants. I tried them on today,they are snug but the buttoned!! Haven't been able to say that for almost a year now.

way to go have a party for all those goals no matter how big or small it takes small steps to achieve big dreams keep up the great work0
