DVD Workout Video Question?

Just wondering would it be good if i did 2 workout videos back to back or would it be to much? (Yes they are both Cardio Workouts)

That depends on a lot of things - your level of conditioning, how long you've been working out, and what the videos are (how long, how intense, etc) and how often you're doing it.
The only real advice is to give it a try and see how it goes. I often did back-to-back workouts if I felt great after the first one, and as long as you're not overtraining it shouldn't be a problem at all.0 -
I used to stack several videos to get a good workout. Depends on how long they are, what they focus on, etc. I used to do a walk away the pounds to warm up, do a strength or yoga video, and end with some cardio kickbox or dance workout. Now I die after the walk away the pounds!
If you've been doing it, no problem. If not, proceed with care! Stop if it hurts. Otherwise, no problem!0 -
There are some great 10 minute exercise videos on Netflix if you have it. You could do 2 −3 10 minute sessions in a row.0
