jamaica or costa rica

I am going on vacation in april to one of these places? anyone been to them? unsure of which place i would like to go :wink:

    Costa Rica! I took my daughter and we did three days in the rain forest, hiking, climbing, rappelling, horseback riding. Then went white water rafting. They also have beautiful beaches. PM me and I'll send you more details.

    I've never been to Jamaica, but from what I've heard, it is only nice if you stay on the resort.

    not sure... never been to either unfortunately! but i think i would choose Costa Rica. my aunt and her family have been several times and LOVED it. have a great time - envious! :happy:

    I lived in Jamaica for 2 years. I've never been to Costa Rica, but I would suggest going there. Jamaica IS nice, but don't plan on leaving the resort. If you choose Jamaica, DO NOT "go exploring", or deviate from any tours. Stay on the resort. It's a very violent country, filled with poverty. Sad, but very dangerous.
