I did Jillian Michaels' No more trouble zones today.:noway: I literally thought I would die. It's close to an hour long and I made it through about 25 min. I have a plan to rotate between that and cardio through my five days a week. Seriously, if no one hears from me, send the police to get my tushie off the floor. The only up side is that this video is guaranteed to tone my body while i lose weight.

When I saw this subject I just had to read it! You think that video is bad, try having a real personal trainer like Jillian that doesn't let you stop! You just want to cry. Good luck with the video. I bought her 30 Day Shred. I couldn't get thru the warm-up, so you're doing better than me!0
