Hey everyone!
Im looking for friends who have ever torn their ACL and are on the long road back to full health or have already fully recovered.
My surgeon finally let me in the gym on my own about two weeks ago, and i've lost 10lbs!
But the hardest part is not hardly being able to run yet. I used to weigh around 180the beforr i tore it and up until i was allowed in the gym i weighed 226lbs! And before i tore it i used to run a average of 12 to 13mi a day 6 days a week, now i can barely jog a single mile
Feel free to add! I need the support!
