I do 60 minutes of moderate intensity cardio 5x a week and light strength training 3x a week. Here is my current routine:
Monday:
cardio
3x15 crunches
3x12 chest press
3x12 bicep curls
tuesday
cardio
wednesday
cardio
3x12 leg press
2x12 leg curls
3x12 standing calf raises
3x10 shoulder press
3x15 crunches
thrusday
cardio
friday
cardio
3x10 tricep (i forget the machine name)
3x12 lat extension
3x15 crunches
After a month I'm going to add one exercise per individual muscle. I just don't want to overwhelm myself when it comes to strength training. Good idea or bad?

If you don't want to overwealm yourself, do things like squats, bench press, overhead press and dedalifts. You'll hit multiple muscles all at once!0
