I've had it at restaurants and it was delicious! I pretty much only ate it as a hamburger patty though. I found some on super sale at the store the other day. My husband has never tried it so I bought some so he could check it out. I don't know if we should just make patties and throw them on the grill or what else to do with it. I really want to showcase the rich flavor, so i'll probably use it for burgers the first time, but if he likes it i'm gonna pick up more. Got any suggestions? Should I just use it like I would use ground beef?

    Yep you can use it just like you would in any ground beef/ground turkey recipe. You can also buy bison steaks but they do tend to be pretty pricy.
