Hey everyone! My name is Mallory, and I'm 26 yrs. old. I wasn't an overweight kid but as soon as I quit playing sports in high school...the weight started piling on. I've had countless attempts at losing weight, but have always ultimately given up. I'm ready for a change. Now is the time. I hope to get to know some of you on here, so we can motivate each other...hold each other accountable...and just be there to listen. Good luck to each of you! :)

    Welcome! You have come to the right place. You will find loads of information, support and motivation on here. It soon becomes habit to log everything but its a definitely a learning curve at the outset. Good luck and feel free to add me if you would like :smile:

    Welcome Mallory. I'm fairly new here too but the site is amazing. TONS of information out here about what to eat, how often to eat and workout and how many calories to burn/eat a day and amazing tools like tracking your daily intakes and stuff. When you input everything in here, you get very motivated and automatically want to improve. They also have an app for your mobile that you should think about getting if you have a smartphone!
