Getting better at taking care of myself

I started with MyFitnessPal less because I wanted to lose weight (though I would like to lose about 5-10 pounds) and more because I want to be more aware of how I'm caring for my body. When I'm busy (as I often am), I tend to throw whatever food I can find in my mouth. I also have a tendency to let my exercise fall by the wayside when I think I don't have time. I want to be more aware of the choices I make. Anyone else?

    i'm living the dream :)

    It started off as a fight against my depression and anxiety but ever since exercising and eating right I feel sooo much better, all round!

    Completely know how it is when you get busy - eating the right food as simple as it can sometimes sound can be a difficult thing. I've noticed that since I've been tracking what I eat, I tend to eat better and hope to keep that going and improve even more if possible!
