This is an awesome tool!! Just discovered it today. I need to lose 25lbs, have lost 5 lbs over and over again but need something xtra to motivate me, maybe this is it. Cheers to whomever created this site :drinker:

    I know about that same 5 lbs over and over. I think I have lost the same twenty about 5 or 6 times in my life! This tool is really helping me not beat up on myself. Before, I would think I went over and then really start eating because my day was "ruined". Now I know exactly what I am eating and am so much more easier on myself! Enjoy!!!!!     Thanks for the shout out. I think knowing what goes in my mouth will help me think about it more and see what i can eliminate. I already know bread and french fries are my downfall, as well as eating lunch out during work. But when I see it in black and white it makes me more accountable.

    Here's to losing lb #6:drinker:
